Winegard CF8375 UHF/VHF/FM terminal  board, antenna adapter, Fits in the housing on Winegard CH and CS model antennas.
Converts the UHF and VHF signals to one 75 ohm output.
May be used to connect the antenna to a pre-amplifier (booster).
