    70’s Vintage Rema Tip Top Innertube Abrasion Tool. Condition is "Used". Some rust, stains and scratches. Has a new, slightly rusty and stained abrasive pad included. Used it some back when we regularly patched most tubes in the shop. I had a second one I used more. Still can use it when patches are done, like on sew-ups, thorn resistant tubes and wheelbarrow tubes. Easier to use than sandpaper. Made in West Germany. Shipped with USPS First Class.
