We buy and remove batteries from low mileage vehicles in Japan. The batteries are then disassembled and shipped to our lab in Sri Lanka. The cells of these batteries undergo rigorous testing and deep charge-discharge cycles to renew their capacity to about 80-90% of a brand new battery.
Battery module conditioning and testing is done in our dedicated, state-of-the-art lab equipped with American Machines.
Modules have a voltage of more than 8.0V. Naturally, NiMH Modules self-discharge. Therefore, upon arrival, the voltage may be between 7.5-8.0V- this is normal.
