Q1: Ceaseless alarm occurs when it is power on for heating.
A: 1. For electric heating, once the alarm occurs immediately after water boiling, stop heating first and see whether the water is over the red water level; if it is over the line, please pour out the redundant water. 2. If the alarm occurs 5 to 30 minutes after water boiling, it is because of low water level. Please add the water to red line after power off.
Q2: Press ozone button, there is no responce but a short beep.
A: Ozone can't be used alone. Turn on steam button first and then the ozone one. After usage, turn off the ozone button first and then the steam one.
Q3: There is steam around the cup after heating.
A: The cup fails to screw up and there is a gap on junction.
Q4: How to fetch the water inside the cup?
A: Screw off the cup first, incline both cup and machine at a 60-degree angle to fetch the water.
