PrinterTechs has created a precision engineered metal gear with bearing to solve the swing plate failure issues on the HP LaserJet 4200, 4300, 4240, 4250, 4345, and 4350 series printers.
This is an industry first and

to fix the problematic swing plate issue inherent in these LaserJets!
The kit includes : original HP brand RM1-1043 swing plate assembly, plus our metal gear with bearing, and a replacement fuser pressure roller gear.
