    Description

    Offered is a Kent-Moore J-38543 from an estate
    The tool  is for removing or installing spring type Hose Clamps that are hard to reach, it is 20 1/2" long
    A 3/8" ratchet is used to adjust the clamp jaws, it includes 2 curved and 2 straight jaws
    The tool has a few tarnish spots on the rod section but it is in good overall condition
