Dish Sling AirTV 2 OTA DVR w/ RCA Flat Amplified Antenna & 320 GB External HDD

Up for sale is an AirTV 2 over-the-air digital video recorder. It supports up to two tuners and is compatible with many popular streaming devices and smart TVs like Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, and Samsung. A Sling subscription is not required, however you will need the app itself installed on your streaming device/smart TV to use the DVR. While the DVR has been used, it has been kept in excellent condition and has been factory reset to accommodate a new user.
Also included is an RCA 50-mile amplified antenna for use with the AirTV, completely unused and unopened.
I'm also adding a Western Digital 320 GB External USB 2.0 hard drive. It is guaranteed to work with the AirTV 2 and gives you up to ~50 hours of recordings. The drive has been formatted and is ready for use with the AirTV 2.
This is a great complementary device for an existing cord-cutting setup since it allows you to watch and record shows, news, and sports on major over-the-air network affiliates in your area (e.g. CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, The CW, PBS, Univision, UniMás, Telemundo), their sub-networks (Decades, Bounce TV, Quest, thisTV, Grit, etc.), as well as classic TV/rerun networks (MeTV, Ion), and religious/independent networks (TBN, Hillsong, Daystar), without relying on cable/satellite or a live TV streaming service like YouTube TV or Hulu + Live TV. While a Sling subscription is not required, having one will allow you to combine the listings and recordings of both over-the-air and "cable" networks from your Sling subscription into one app.

hile the antenna can get TV stations up to 50 miles away amplified (~30 miles unamplified), obstructions such as trees, elevation, and building materials such as metal may affect its performance.
Over-the-air network availability depends on your area. You can use the FCC's DTV reception map (https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps) to determine what networks you can get.
