This works perfectly at both speeds.
The only issue I can see is that the clear plastic has signs of use and you can see a level inside where the blades turn near it. The clear plastic has three vertical lines on it which are part of the manufacture. They are not splits in the plastic.
There is a box with leaflet but the box is a little beaten up. There is no spatula.
